Very nice and very small! You will definitely want to order 2 sizes larger than your Sansha flats (which I ordered 2 sizes larger than my street shoe size as recommended by the Sansha size chart). Replacing my pointe shoes as I need 15.) This is a good example of why it's best if you have a local dance shop to try on first. and save the online order for a replacement (same style, same brand). That being said, you may have to make multiple returns before finding the perfect one. Luckily, Revain has a very generous returns policy!
