First of all, their website has a 1990s-style design. It is cumbersome, perplexing, and in no way user-friendly. It's like hunting for a needle in a haystack to find what you're looking for. And don't even start me on the actual products. They are weak, cheap, and not at all price-worthy. I bought a set of floor mats from GUGUGI, and after only a few weeks of use, they were completely destroyed. The seat covers I purchased weren't the right size for my car and were unpleasant. Their bad customer service makes problems much worse. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when I tried to get in touch with them regarding my damaged floor mats. It appears as though they are unconcerned about their clients. Finally, I would not suggest GUGUGI to anyone. Their website is out-of-date, their products are of poor quality, and they offer no customer support. Avoid the trouble and find your automobile needs somewhere else.
