This is the second time I order this item. The first time everything was great and I was very happy with my purchase. For some reason this time I received a previously purchased item and it had junk on it. The filter was so tight that I couldn't attach the pad without using a lot of force. Once closed, it was so limited that the device would not turn on. After installing the old filter, everything worked perfectly. The product design must have changed since my first order. VEVA customer service was USELESS and offered NO SOLUTIONS. I requested a refund through Revain and ordered a different brand. At this time I do not recommend this product to anyone.
