    They work great and I love that they include multiple carbon pre-filters.

    They work well and I like that they include some carbon pre-filters to extend filter life. If you are using a Germ Guardian air purifier, please note that you need to press and hold the UV lamp button for at least 5 seconds after changing the filter to stop the flashing red light until the red light turns green.

    They are better than the original Germ Guardian filters

    They are better than the filters that come with the Germ Guardian air purifier. I've been using them for a year. I change them twice a year and the black pre-filter monthly. Highly recommended. I did NOT get them at a discount or for free and wasn't even asked to leave a review. I paid full price for these filters, read all the reviews and tried them. I only had the OEM filters that came with the Germ Guardian air purifier to compare. These are better.

    I just installed these so I'm not commenting on the quality of the filtration. However, I am a Quality Assurance Manager, so attention to detail is my job. Velcro has been placed correctly. The packaging was great. The charcoal filter was thick with charcoal (I've come across really weak charcoal filters). The filter housing is durable and fits snugly.     I will write a small review. These things work great! Just like OE filters (Original Equipment). I love my Germ Gaurdian (AC5000) because it instantly (well, maybe 2-3 hours, but it was FAST) made my bedroom smell clean and fresh. When I received these filters, they worked just as fast.     Perfect fit for my GermGuardian AC5350B

    These are great filters that offer a cheaper alternative to GermGuardian branded replacement filters. They fit perfectly on my AC5350B. I love how many carbon pre-filters are included in this pack. I change them as soon as the black turns gray from dust and other contaminants. The True HEPA filter lasts quite a long time. I leave my filter on 24/7 at medium speed (set to 3, max 5). It never turns off and the HEPA filter will last a few more months before it too starts turning gray and dirty…

    This is the second time I order this item. The first time everything was great and I was very happy with my purchase. For some reason this time I received a previously purchased item and it had junk on it. The filter was so tight that I couldn't attach the pad without using a lot of force. Once closed, it was so limited that the device would not turn on. After installing the old filter, everything worked perfectly. The product design must have changed since my first order.     Two years after purchasing the AC5000 tower cleaner I realized I've never changed my filter and with COVID it's about time I did! These HEPA filters have worked really well to limit my allergies, especially since my apartment gets very dusty.     They appear to be of equal or better quality than the manufacturer OEM replacement which is great. I don't know for sure, it's very difficult to verify that the HEPA filter and pre-filter actually work more, less or as well as the OEM. but they seem to be high quality and a great fit, and certainly improved airflow over the old filter I had which was worn out and dirty (as of course it should be). Also, I found buying official GermGuardian OEM filters, at least through Revain, very conflicting.

    Chemical smell from the air purifier when I switched to the VEVA filter. Savings are not justified!

    I thought all basic HEPA filters and activated carbon pre-filters were the same. I was wrong! I swapped out the original manufacturer filters for these and was extremely dissatisfied. These filters give off a chemical smell that takes my breath away, like an asthma attack. I'm more sensitive than most, but not so sensitive that I don't get around people who wear perfume.     I have tried other filters for my GermGaurdian air purifier with mixed results. Most of them were fine, but some didn't even work because they didn't activate the "off switch" to tell the device that a new filter was installed.
