Two years after purchasing the AC5000 tower cleaner I realized I've never changed my filter and with COVID it's about time I did! These HEPA filters have worked really well to limit my allergies, especially since my apartment gets very dusty. When I recently installed a second replacement HEPA filter, I had an issue with my air purifier still showing the filter change button, so I contacted VEVA about the filter change. Filter and they were kind enough to send a replacement (although it may have been an air purifier fault, idk!). I appreciate such easy and quick customer service and will definitely buy again if I need more replacements. The charcoal filter is great too, giving additional options along with two HEPA filters.
