So disappointed with the last review.

First I would like to try to contact the company before I write a bad review but I can't seem to find a way to do so. Gave it to my son for Valentine's Day! And he absolutely loved it, put it on and never took it off. And yesterday my son came to me so upset because the tag came off. I don't know how, but it just disappeared. I really hope they get it right and maybe send me a new pendant because my son really liked it. Otherwise it's very cute and the chain seems to be holding up well. I hope you contact me and can help me!
