I bought this bag to use with my insulin pump and Dexcom receiver so I can wear something under clothes and clothing that I wouldn't otherwise be able to wear . For the most part, it works well for me as it's not really made for that, and the ones made for that are a bit more expensive, like anything for type 1 diabetics. The only issue I have is with the part itself which is not related to pump wear as it is not really designed for that but is related to the adjustment part on the belt. It tends to loosen up on its own after wearing for a while, not enough to fall off or slide off your body, just slips a bit more and doesn't fit around your waist, which can be a little annoying sometimes when you're wearing it for a long time. Otherwise it works fine for my purposes and of course it works fine for the purpose it was made for when not in use for a long time, but it's still an easy tweak to tighten it back up to any desired fit. A good item at a good price that suits me perfectly.
