Not worth the money, I will not advise this product.

Unhappy with how soon it expires. Using the 2022 dose recommendations of 1 piece per day for no more than a month followed by a month off, 150 pieces will last for 10 months. When you consider that some people, like myself, order a new pack before the old one runs out, you can see why my vitamins will expire before I use them all up. It's revolting to send in on March 22 a pack that was prepared on February 21 and expires on February 23. There aren't 30 pills in a bottle. If you need a regular date, you should probably go elsewhere.
