Better than rechargeable

I bought this to replace the rechargeable device. There was no reason to keep the opener plugged in and using electricity all the time as it would open many bottles on a single charge. But if there is no charge, I cannot use it until it is charged again. It runs on batteries and works much better. When the charge runs out, I change the batteries. It works great with rechargeable AA batteries.
