Review on Display Your Vinyl Records In Style With KAIU Solid Wood Album Frames – 13.8 X 13.6 X 2 Inch With Clear Acrylic Cover For Wall Mounting by Nancy Holland

Revainrating 2 out of 5

Could use more instructions; completely unstable on wall.

My ostensibly new frame arrived in the mail today. According to the box, there was supposed to be a protective film over the plastic, but there was none, leading me to suspect it may be secondhand, although it was sold and packaged as new.But what's really frustrating is that the installed mount leaves it completely unstable when hung just on a central nail from the top. As soon as you open it to remove the record, it loses balance and falls right off. They included a packet of brackets and screws along with a business card in a little plastic bag, but there were literally no instructions at all on what to do with them. The video in the description does not help, since it doesn't address this. How can you sell a product that, out of the box, doesn't live up to one of the central promises of its marketing?I don't mind the back being open, since it faces the wall, but the right side is actually completely exposed. You can actually just slide the record in and out through the side, without opening the hinge. This is a real design flaw, and I don't think I would have bought it if I'd known this. I'll still use it (for now), but hopefully I can figure out how to use the mounting brackets.do they expect their customers to be carpenters? I collect records, not power tools (and that's not a song title).

Pros

Cons
