Review on Off Duty System by Jojo Howell
Great way keep track off your crew's time and attendance
The most important aspect of this program is that it integrates with our dispatch system, which allows us to send out tickets directly from within the app. This makes life much easier for dispatchers who are busy during their shift! It also has an easy-to-use interface so anyone can use it without needing training. There isn't anything I dislike about using Off Duty. We have been able to reduce paperwork by over 50%. Our officers work less hours per week because they don't need as many breaks or meal times.
Pros
- Easy access
- Officers do not lose time waiting in line at desk phones anymore; we get dispatched faster than ever before when there's downtime due to poor internet connections (which happens frequently); dispatching software integration via text message works well while working remotely/from home office
