Great way keep track off your crew's time and attendance

The most important aspect of this program is that it integrates with our dispatch system, which allows us to send out tickets directly from within the app. This makes life much easier for dispatchers who are busy during their shift! It also has an easy-to-use interface so anyone can use it without needing training. There isn't anything I dislike about using Off Duty. We have been able to reduce paperwork by over 50%. Our officers work less hours per week because they don't need as many breaks…

  • Officers do not lose time waiting in line at desk phones anymore; we get dispatched faster than ever before when there's downtime due to poor internet connections (which happens frequently); dispatching software integration via text message works well while working remotely/from home office

Easy and efficient software option especially helpful through social distancing

I like that it's easy to navigate, has many options for customization (even with just 2 users), can integrate into our CRM system so we have all of this information in one place - makes things easier when responding as an officer! It would be nice if there were more features available but they are working hard at adding new ones every month or two which keeps me happy :) The only thing about ODS right now isn't really anything bad per se- its probably because everyone knows what their job…

Great staffing software program: Off Duty System

I like how easy it was to navigate, to see where my days were coming up, what dates are available so that I don't end up booking overtime for something that i dont need. The interface could be improved to make it easier to see which shifts will be available in the near future. I wish they had a web based client as well because there are times when its hard to access through your phone or at home. Just to quickly look up shifts i know i have upcoming for certain days.
