We have a corner unit for our video game systems and unfortunately the outlet is behind one of its sides so an extension cord or surge protector is required to. Both options force the corner block to be a reasonable distance from the wall, making it an eyesore because of the gap between the wall and it. This product closes this gap significantly! I've attached before (1 and 2) and after (3 and 4) photos from both the side and top. The final faceplate is actually thinner than our baseboards that the corner block touches! The only downside is the cost; It's basically an expensive extension cord, but it was worth it for our needs! We hope that in the future this company will release an updated version, which will also be a network filter.
