doesn't last. on floor mats and trunk covers

After 13 months a piece in the center of the driver's side mat (an extra layer for heel wear?) started to peel off. Find out now if a 3 year warranty is a good thing. I've liked the look and fit so far and they do a good job of keeping the floor clean. Just not happy with the resilience, they obviously won't last very long. It's a pity that my Infiniti is really only used in winter (or when it rains) as my summer car is a 300zx. So last year it was driven less than 7 months.
