The ability it provides in order understand how our customers work internally with their system using internal processes as well external partners such as suppliers or clients etc., This then allows us make decisions about what we need from an implementation perspective so there are no surprises when going live later this year! There doesn't seem like any real downside at present but I'd say if you're looking into implementing ERP / Cloud solutions now would definitely look here? If not just consider why before deciding otherwise?! It's helped me identify gaps between my understanding vs actual end user behaviour which has been really useful both during planning stage & post go-live too (so far!).
