Great for helping improve/optimise business operations

The ability it provides in order understand how our customers work internally with their system using internal processes as well external partners such as suppliers or clients etc., This then allows us make decisions about what we need from an implementation perspective so there are no surprises when going live later this year! There doesn't seem like any real downside at present but I'd say if you're looking into implementing ERP / Cloud solutions now would definitely look here? If not just…

  • Has great insights
  • Completely free to use for all users, including non techies!!!
  • Ease that staff can access anywhere even outwith office hours.
  • Easy way get buyin form those within business rather than technical people being happy!! :)

  • No downsides come up over last 6 months used daily
