Very practical product. (Good design and durable) Ideal for hanging pictures exactly where you want, no matter where the hangers are on the back of the picture or the length of the hanging wire on the back of the picture. I used the picture hanging tool to hang a collage of framed photos. First, I laid out the arrangement of the paintings on the large bed. Then stick a small piece of tape on the picture frames and mark where you want the marks to line up horizontally and vertically when the pictures are actually hanging on the wall. Finally, I used this device to hang pictures, using the markings on the pieces of tape attached to the frames as guides for attaching the pictures to the wall. I keep this tool in a "Picture Hanging Kit" (an old fishing tackle box) along with wire for picture hanging and eyebolts, wall anchors, sawtooth picture hangers, small nails, etc.
