I used these in standard grade legal envelopes for their February mailing list and they shipped great, no extra postage needed even with some paperwork. They're a little difficult to launch once inflated, but I've had worse. I chose them because of the price and because the other options looked like the wrong body part when deflated, which I didn't want to email to my students. They just looked like an empty heart. If you're just concerned about the appearance after fully inflating you might want to try something else, maybe others who had more pronounced heart humps when deflated give a better shape? In order to see the shape of the heart really well, they had to be inflated a lot, and then they were quite thin and burst easily.
