My wife has been complaining about her feet, legs and hips at work since she started work. She is an LPN and works 8 to 17 hours a day. She tried on many different shoes and even bought Dr. Scholl insoles but no relief. She's been wearing them for several layers now and is noticing a big difference. she loves them They fit well, but she can't wear socks comfortably with them. She would need a half size up if she wore socks with it. But these are "shoes for socks" so I'm not even sure if they're needed. She wears them comfortably without socks. These shoes changed her life. Her mother also works as an LPN and she asked me to order a pair for her too. Definitely recommend.
