Review on FANGOR Projector Supported Bluetooth Smartphone by David Diaz

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great value for my first home projector

I bought this so we can go to the movies in bed at night. Hooked up to my Revain Fire Stick we got off to a great start with a fairly bright and sharp image. Physical Design: There is a rubber handle on the top, which can rotate and help you move. The fan makes a lot of noise compared to the ones I've used at work and school, but for the price it's acceptable. All connections are on the back and include power, USB, HDMI and AV (audio input). The controls on the device are touch-lit and very responsive. Image: I haven't tried the keystone correction, but I see it's hidden in the settings menu. Focus worked well at 9-10 feet from my ceiling. The lens does seem to wobble a little when moved and feels a little plasticky, but nothing unexpected at this price point. Sound: I wish it had a 3.5mm jack for an aux out as the built in speaker is a bit anemic. Bluetooth is an option so I'll try to use my bluetooth soundbar when it arrives in the mail. Features: I was surprised that iPhone casting/mirroring works pretty well as I really didn't expect to use this feature. Slight lag from screen to projector image, but nothing unexpected. The remote works well and definitely makes navigating the menus easier. It looks like the removal should be to the top of the projector or the back, so it's a bit more difficult when the projector is behind your seat. Overall I have no issues with the projector and am very happy with my purchase. The native resolution is the best in the 720p price range, and it's a pretty cute design. I only wish they could downsize the device in the future and improve the fan selection to something quieter.
