Does not fit Honda Prelude 97-01

Good replacement part for JDM 1997 Honda Prelude F20B Engine Update Mechanic says it's too small for the thermostat housing. WILL NOT WORK WITH PRELUDE H/F SERIES ENGINES. I can't go back how I love it outside of the US
