Very easy to assemble, although the instructions only give a diagram. It's easy to adjust the height, although I wish there were markings I could use as a guide because I need to step back and see which ones are crooked before I can start playing with the dogs. I'll probably apply it with a permanent marker. We ride dogs and many of them love to jump over them. It was a great addition to the activities. I've noticed that it helps super hypers focus better. The carry case is great but hasn't been used because we keep the jumps assembled so we can use them almost every day!
