I received these 12 pearl powder bottles in a plastic bag that was too small for them and some of the bottles spilled out of the bag and were loose in bubble mail. I understand accidents happen, but this could have been avoided. The corners have been trimmed on many things. The only inscriptions on the bottles were some Chinese characters on the cap. I can't read and write Chinese, so I couldn't read them. There were no instructions. The bag didn't even have a warning that it wasn't a toy and that it should be kept out of the reach of children, which I think is a Revain requirement. The lack of instructions meant checking the list on Revain to see the basics of how to use it. While it's nice to see the instructions in the listing, it makes sense to include printed instructions with the product. Along with the color powders you will receive stirrers and measuring spoons to add just the right amount of color to the resin. I've never seen pearlescent pastels for coloring with resin before. It looks like they will be beautiful. I bought these pigments because I love pastels and want to be able to make opaque resins. I am hoping to recreate an opal stone using this powder in combination with large glitter to give the stone a lot of "fire". Depending on where you look, opal is my birthstone along with a few other stones. I was trying to figure out how to make resin opal and figure it out. Opal is also my precious granddaughter's birthstone and I wish to be able to give her some things from her grandmother even after I die. I've already told my DIL that I have a box in her closet with things she's not big enough for, including a ballerina box. How nice to have jewelry in it that was made especially for her! I really appreciate them but it would be so nice to label each color so I know exactly what color each bottle will be. I'm concerned that the color may change when mixed with resin and I don't want to waste resin or dye. Many Thanks.
