After doing research and reading many reviews I was very excited about these headphones. I was looking for great headphones with strong transparency mode. Every review I've seen (probably paid for by Soundcore) boasted about how amazing the transparency was (better than top-end headphones). The truth isn't so pretty. ***Honestly, their customer service is great. When I received the headphones the left one didn't charge and they answered the call straight away and I received a new set the next day. *** My experience was less than outstanding. When playing with NC I found it to be average at best and the transparency mode almost non-existent. I can barely tell the difference between "Normal" and "Transparent". This is disappointing, especially with 6 mics! I was looking to buy a Liberty 2 Pro for one of my sons but after being disappointed with these headphones I think I'll get something else. I am sad as I have used Anker/Soundcore in the past and have not been disappointed - now I just feel cheated. Unfortunately, I think I'll become a regular customer somewhere else. - And back to the drawing board for my baby surprise headphones. In all fairness, the sound, fit, and app are still great (unfortunately, many of their competitors also offer similarities).
