I have a new puppy who constantly barks at the neighbors' dogs and even with a spray bottle they bark all day and night. I bought this bark collar hoping it would work and luckily it worked. I only have it on a vibrator and they don't seem to like it vibrating on their vocal cords. It took me a while to adjust the collar after putting the vibrator on myself, but once the collar was attached it didn't come off or came off very easily. They like to run around in the sprinkler and as they get more and more wet I was afraid they would get hurt or the water would ruin them but even with constant water on it it still works without a problem. The part that vibrates or shocks the dog is fully rechargeable and very easy to charge. I really have to take it off until it's fully charged but I've found that it doesn't take long to charge and on a single charge it didn't last more than 3 weeks before we had to charge it again. Although they still bark, it helps with learning, especially when we're not home. Very easy to use and easy to set up.
