Great product. Many people read the label and mistakenly think that this product is only 65% coconut. Actually 99.5% coconut, of which 65% is virgin coconut oil. Only 0.5% are emulsifiers. This is absolutely the best percentage I've found in coconut milk powder, although I may have missed one. It has a rich, creamy flavor, likely due to its high coconut oil content. Due to the high oil content, even when I'm not cooking anything that requires oil (or when traveling) I can get my daily coconut oil by simply adding it to other meals or drinks. I even put it in the pot when I cook rice. Like any coconut milk powder, it tends to form lumps when mixed with cold liquids (didn't try hot). And it's an unsweetened product that some might not like because they're used to other powdered coconut milk products that have lots of sweeteners and sugars added.
