You may also need to use this product in a blender as it has large lumps. However, I love coconut milk powder! This material tastes good but is lumpy. Maybe that means it doesn't contain a bunch of chemicals to make it behave. Can lumps be good?

I bought this specifically as a coffee creamer. It has a nice, slightly sweet taste that allows me to add less sugar to my coffee. I recently tried another brand of coconut milk powder and didn't like it as much as this one. Another brand had a texture that was too oily for my liking.

Pros: + Great taste and healthy form of good fats + Powder form great for on the go Cons: - Difficult to mix or dissolve fully in liquids without a blender or whisk - Expensive! This product is great when your recipes call for coconut milk powder, otherwise you can get coconut milk for a fraction of the price.

Tastes great but be careful it doesn't completely dissolve in hot drinks. As a result, small balls will float on top. Best to dissolve in water and keep in a small bottle to use as a pre-diluted coffee clarifier which was my main goal when purchasing. It gives coffee/tea a slightly sweet taste with a hint of coconut.

I don't usually write a review unless I give a product a 5 star rating, but in that case I can't give it a 5 star rating but I will comment anyway. I was hoping that this powder would be mixed with water to make coconut milk similar to what I buy in a carton at the grocery store. Unfortunately there aren't any. Great product. Many people read the label and mistakenly think that this product is only 65% coconut. Actually 99.5% coconut, of which 65% is virgin coconut oil. Only 0.5% are emulsifiers. This is absolutely the best percentage I've found in coconut milk powder, although I may have missed one. It has a rich, creamy flavor, likely due to its high coconut oil content.
