Very nice bag. This is my second S-Zone product. I have a bag that I bought a few years ago that is in very good condition. I would give 5 stars but the inner zip broke on the second day of use. I didn't bother sending it back because I'm good with a needle and thread and it was easier to get the zipper back on track and sew on the wrong end to keep it from coming apart again. The handles are reinforced with a woven backing and there is an extra strap in one of the outside pockets to attach the telescopic handle to your suitcase when you go travelling. Overall a great bag. Fits my 14 inch laptop and has room for a couple of files and a notepad.
