Review on Altec Lansing MZX856-RED Bluetooth Active Earbuds by Rhonda Green

Headphones lasted almost 3 months. Standard use, no physical abuse. They stopped working (no sound in one earbud) so I called Altec Lansing and was sure I had a one year warranty as per the brochure on the box. They told me to contact the seller because they didn't buy through him. So I wrote to my salesperson, Three Lovely Princesses, and AnnMaire said they can't help me as it's been over 30 days. I have argued that I should have a 1 year warranty and these headphones are defective. She just always said no. So I'm stuck with $55 headphones that don't even work. A company with a sense of customer service will easily replace them. Not impressed.
