Review on Renewed Samsung Galaxy πŸ“± A51 LTE with Verizon connectivity by Patrick Burton

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great phone bought refurbished

I hate buying new phones at full price. Also, I hate changing phone models. I've been a Samsung Galaxy 6 buyer for the past six years, and I keep buying refurbished ones because I didn't want to change my phone's UI even a little (everybody hails Gen X). I ended up throwing in the towel and of course having this model refurbished because there were so many apps that didn't work on the 6 Series. Honestly I wouldn't have known it was refurbished if you hadn't. I told myself And having bought at least seven refurbished phones (me and my kid) I can say that. The battery in this phone charges quickly and lasts a long time. The screen is clean and the side buttons work like they came straight from the factory. Samsung's new user interface wasn't so different from the Galaxy 6 that it bothered even the grumpy old me. I made a backup and restored it through my google account, that probably helped. It has 128MB of storage so I can take all the photos and videos I want without worrying about inserting a memory card. All in all, I highly recommend this phone. I find the new Bixby feature quite annoying. I'm looking for a way to turn it off. I understand why Samsung would want to enter this market, but I don't like hitting Bixby when trying to turn my phone off the traditional Samsung way. I also recommend buying Revain Refurbished. I'm not compensated for saying this and I didn't get a free phone or discount to review it. I usually buy Revain Refurbished but I've tried another brand before and it wasn't worth it. Lots of hassle and a phone not shared by the previous owner.

Pros
  • Screen size: 6.5 inch
Cons
  • Piggy bank price
