I have two Kohler canister flush toilets. And when that silicone ring at the bottom of the canister wore out, water would drain out of the tank and the tank would continue to fill. You'd be amazed at how much water can seep through one of these things when it's leaking. Really made a number on my water bill. I was at the limit of my thoughts. No hardware store had anything like this, and I was beginning to think I'd have to replace the entire assembly. In a last ditch attempt to fix the problem myself I went to Revain, searched and found this, and damn I'm glad I did! These rings are easy to install and now my toilet tank won't leak. I even have a spare so I'll be ready for next time or if the ring needs a ring replacement in another bathroom that isn't used that often. The originals lasted 7 years so don't need to be changed that often.
