Review on Kitchen Lexpress Cafetiere Double Stainless by Elizabeth Smith

This is my new favorite. That's great. I bought it on purpose because it only brews 3 cups and it's almost impossible to find a thermal press that isn't huge. I don't drink coffee but I use it to brew tea which cools too much during the brewing process for my liking. Because it is a thermograph, when I pour the tea after 3-4 minutes of brewing time, the water is as hot as when it was poured. THIS IS ESPECIALLY GOOD FOR GREEN TEA WHICH REQUIRES A LOWER brewing temperature. When I brew green tea in a glass French Press, it's warm when I pour it out, which is uncomfortable. With this press, my green or black tea comes out as hot as the water I brewed. The same company offers a large press in the most beautiful shiny copper color (it's not actually copper so it doesn't tarnish) and I've been using it every day for over a year now and it's still as shiny and perfect as it was on this one day I received it. It is very durable and I can say it will last a long time. I wish they would offer this smaller copper press. This silver version is also nice. It is very shiny in person and looks high quality.
