I like the keyboard because it really adds functionality to the Surface Pro 2017, allowing me to type on my knees with the screen up so I don't have to look down. I wish the screen brightness was a function key. The keys are pretty sticky and I had to type a few letters, which I never do on my traditional keyboard. Update: Support reached out after my initial review to try and resolve issues I was having with my first keyboard. I got a new keyboard but I encountered the same problem with two letters on the new keyboard so the keys must be very sensitive. I'm switching between a Surface Pro Type Cover and an Artek keyboard and I have no issues with repeated letters on my Surface Pro keyboard. However, if you prefer a more responsive/responsive keyboard, this one is for you. For me, the functionality of not having to connect a keyboard to the screen outweighs the hassle of accidentally duplicating an email. I really appreciate their customer support team working to solve my problems. I think you can buy with confidence knowing that they are responsive and want their customers to be happy. cheap, the back of the keyboard is metal which is nice.
