Now I will use my tablet much more often.

Today I had the opportunity to use this keyboard with a tablet to work on a large spreadsheet. It connected to the tablet and works fine. This would not be possible without a Bluetooth keyboard, as the virtual on-screen keyboard takes up most of the screen. The keyboard is excellent for touch typing and all the usual keys, such as the shift keys, are in the expected places. The steel backplate gives the keyboard a solid feel without added weight, and silicone feet prevent the keyboard from…

Good but not perfect

I like the keyboard because it really adds functionality to the Surface Pro 2017, allowing me to type on my knees with the screen up so I don't have to look down. I wish the screen brightness was a function key. The keys are pretty sticky and I had to type a few letters, which I never do on my traditional keyboard. Update: Support reached out after my initial review to try and resolve issues I was having with my first keyboard. I got a new keyboard but I encountered the same problem with two…

Satisfaction with every keystroke

My intention: Find a keyboard that matches the ergonomic shape and key layout like my Surface Pro 4 Type keyboard. (also has that very nice clicking sound) - The spacing between the keyboards feels open (leaves room for my thumbs) - The metal case on the back - gives a premium feel - Rubber pads on the base keep it securely in place Cons: - keys on the top row (Fn keys) don't quite match the Surface Pro 4 keyboard (to be honest it's just a personal minus)

Exceeds all expectations

This keyboard is amazing. I used the Apple Magic Keyboard with my Windows PC but wanted something similar. I feel more comfortable typing on this keyboard than on the Apple keyboard. For the first time, I immediately typed 15-20 wpm faster with this keyboard than the Apple keyboard I've been using for years. The keys are easy to type on. They have enough travel and softness that you don't feel like you're tapping your fingertips on a hard table, but not so much that it slows you down. The keys…

I needed a simple, serious keyboard that would "just work" for my son with autism. Basic functions (e.g. volume control) should be primary and not require modifiers like Fn. Also, most Bluetooth keyboards these days have dedicated keys for switching devices - that's no start for me. (KEYBOARD DESIGNERS: Please think how your grandma would use it!) That struck me as the most promising of them all. It has 3 input modes; When you press [Fn]+[Android], the multimedia keys (in blue) become the main…

At first it didn't work! GREAT customer service

First of all, this keyboard didn't work at first. It goes to sleep, but the only thing I could do was turn it off and on. It was so good I lived with it. I sent a detailed email to support 2 weeks later. They immediately responded with their solutions to "wake up" the device. I tried these suggestions but made no difference. I waited 2 weeks. I replied in the email thread and received an immediate response. "We will replace it", you don't have to return the first one. SO EASY ! I sent them the…

Perfect Little Keyboard

The first thing you'll notice about this keyboard is its size. This is a minimalist keyboard with no unnecessary keys and empty space. It's very thin and portable while still feeling solid, especially with a metal back. The keys feel comfortable and are not too loud. They are standard sized but thin compared to most keyboards. I personally like thin keys. There are small rubber buffers on the four corners of the underside to prevent the keyboard from slipping. They work well and don't seem to…
