The pens are superbly crafted, beautiful in style and very delicate. I am complaining about the horrible packaging they came in. They were in a very thin box and they were placed in the bubble wrap of that thin box, but there was nothing in between, they just rolled back and forth and hit each other. This box was in a larger package as several things were delivered at once, but as soon as I took this thin box I heard it and knew it wasn't good. Luckily only 1 broke but I'm very surprised there weren't more. The handles are handmade glass and delicate. Be proud of your product and package it in a way that won't break when someone gets it. I don't know how to contact the company to let them know about this. So if you're out there reading that this was a navy blue one that broke into about 6 pieces, you can send me a new one.
