Should have bought it a few years ago.

Using the Gene Cafe Roaster causes refrigeration problems. The frying continues and then the baking effect during cooling, which can take more than 30 minutes. E will stop and those colder beans will be cool to the touch in a minute or less. The straw bowl works well too. Makes Gene Cafe so much better.
