Had to change it to make it work

My child has a 20" bike with 2.6" tires. I had to cut the footrest with a hacksaw and then drill a hole to fit it. I have no idea how that would work with even smaller bikes. Giving 2 stars because the included hex bolt and wrench are genuine.
