I bought this set of chairs at the end of November after carefully researching the chairs for my new apartment. When it arrived, one chair was missing parts for the crossbars that were never in the original packaging. I requested the missing parts and then had to wait about 10 days for them to arrive. Aside from being slightly darker than the original chair, they were too narrow to fit the pre-drilled holes! I couldn't assemble the chair because the crossbars didn't fit. I contacted the manufacturer again to get the parts that actually fit and a further 10 days later (late December) I received the parts, and not just in a completely different color (dark brown) but for a completely different one Chair! Now I have a chair base and backrest that I can't use because I can't get the parts for it. I have to figure out how to return the whole set. This is ridiculous - don't buy these chairs.
