Desktop CPU overheating

The stock CPU cooler is a joke. I had to update the stock cooler and case fan to keep the processor from idling at 70C. After loading the game, and even without a game, the temperature immediately jumps to 100 ° C, jet engines try to cool the processor and fail. After upgrading the case fan and CPU cooler, the computer was great. Had to spend an additional $115 to be able to use this computer without a hardware meltdown. 3080 runs stably at 50°C under heavy load.
