Perfect for 2002 Long Cab Silverado 2500hd without A/C. There was some confusion as to whether I needed the 2 or 4 mounting hole version, but 2 was correct. A screw was badly rusted and had to be loosened with a vice. Ideal replacement for silicon based resistors that should last longer. The first lasted 19 years, I hope I don't have to do it again. Came with a fatiguing harness that can be cut and spliced if the connector melts, common but not my cup of tea. Excellent quality, will use this company again if I need other similar parts. The only problem was the screws holding it in place, one was rusted and I had to use a vise to get it out and the harness connector clip was pointing the other way so I had to turn the original harness up against the way it was before was, had to bend . never mind
