There's little to dislike about this fan, especially considering the price. With discounts it was about $12 so to be honest I wasn't expecting much. The battery holds a charge very well. I've monitored how long it lasts on a single charge and it consistently lasts the full rated number of hours (16, 8, or 6). Being rechargeable, it will eventually lose capacity, but that shouldn't be noticeable for a couple of years. Charging the battery is one of the bad aspects. This is not super fast charging, it takes more than 5 hours to fully charge. Interestingly, however, the fan consumes more power when it's on and charging at the same time. The light ring is half white (working) and red (charging). Running while charging significantly increases fan speed at all settings (slow, medium, fast). For a small fan, it does an excellent job of keeping the temperature down right where you are. I tested it, it's lower but 20° or more. It's not the most comfortable of sensations though... it's the sort of thing that you don't believe it's doing anything until the battery dies. The fan isn't the quietest, but it's not remotely loud either. The fan REALLY costs very well. Most of the fan's weight is carried by the battery compartment, which keeps it stable even at high speeds. I've had a fan that has stood on various surfaces successfully. The fan is light enough to be carried and held without tiring you. This is an amazing find and purchase! Can't beat the value for the price.
