I plan to only use them as a stationary bike for about 20 minutes a day, 3-4 times a week. I had to adjust the position of the clamps to get the right fit. Overall it feels pretty good after about 2 uses. I took an Allen wrench to the gym to adjust the settings. These shoes feel great and I feel like I can generate more power compared to my old Shimano. The only issue I have is that the right midsole feels a little firmer, it may need more break in or the cleats adjusted, overall I'm very happy with them. Also, the clips came with the shoes and you didn't have to buy them separately, which is an added bonus. I had velcro straps for my old Shimanos, I really like the tension washer. I'm curious how they hold up over time.
