Just stopped working. It's on, I can hear it running, but it's no longer keeping my tank as cold as it should. I try to contact EVERYONE who can help me. I bought it at the end of March 2021! I haven't had it a full six months and it just doesn't work anymore? Did you send me a defective product? I do not know! I can't talk to anyone! 5/26/2021 I spoke to Revain a few days ago and they sent me a new unit for free and the old one was easy to send back. However, I believe the new one was in use, there was water INSIDE the plastic (I thought it might be condensation) and even before I set it up I could hear some dangling. I tried it anyway, plugged it in, plugged it in and it started shaking and it sounded like a car engine idling. NOT what it's supposed to sound like, maybe the fan or compressor slipped during the shipping process, I don't know. I almost sent it back but now I'm just fixing it myself. They wanted to charge me a "restocking fee" of about $92 which was supposed to come from my refund for the SECOND DAMAGED ITEM YOU SENT ME. I'm not going to wait a whole week for a refund or who knows how long for a new cooler and just let my axolotl simmer in their tank. But while he was working, he was perfect. There was a low, barely audible low hum when the compressor was on, and the built-in temp sensor worked wonders to let me know my tank was the right temperature.
