These were bought for my wife who has small hands and fits perfectly. These are good pocket gloves for beginners, they don't have a pronounced grip bar, but it's enough to get a clenched fist. The flex at the top allows for approximately 1.5 inches of foam to cushion any impact and reduce injury. The velcro allows for a quick release and also provides a snug fit around the wrist, which also helps stabilize the wrist when striking. Quality is decent, withstood a decent workout with minimal wear and tear. This is a good product for the price. I had trouble finding the sizing chart, but was able to find and attach sizing information for this glove.
