Great price and even better customer service. I installed about 6 of these devices and one of them turned out to be faulty. I'm an engineer so I tried to troubleshoot, but it turned out that the ribbon cable was broken. So I contacted LightingWill directly because I didn't want to mess around with the whole return process (could be wasteful). They emailed me back the next business day with a tracking number. Excellent work! When installing these suction cups, don't forget to peel off the clear cover on the flexible LED strip to reveal the pins underneath. I tried to assemble them but the contact wasn't clean. ***Update instead of just sending me 1 they sent me a whole pack of 10 again. I don't know what I'll do with them but thanks anyway!
