For the last 8 months I have been buying pre-mixed saltwater from my local fish store. My corals were *normal* but not great. When the fish shop closed for a few months due to a fire, I decided to mix my own salt water with this stuff. In one night it made a HUGE difference in the number of polpis that opened and how far they spread. After a month my Zoas are starting to take on a lot more color and my mushrooms have grown in size from a dime sized crumpled disk to half a dollar sized. I'm also starting to flower again where there were none before. It's worth noting that I was incredibly careful with my tank before switching to it. Calcium, magnesium and kH have been kept in balance with micronutrient supplements and excellent filtration.
