I've had these for a little over a month now and I've only used the smaller sheet so far. The non-stick surface has worked great so far in the handful of times I've used it. It's been through the dishwasher a few times now without any issues. The silicone handles just kind of fasten on to the pan and could probably fall off fairly easily but since you can just reattach them it's not a big issue. I haven't been brave or maybe stupid enough to try grabbing those handles without an oven mitt yet so they might not really serve a purpose anyway. But overall I like these sheets and they seem to be high quality
