I don't know if I should do this or not, but I will consider this for an alternative use - eyebrows. As for the hair on your head, it depends on how much gray you want to cover. Get it wet first, and that's fine if you're just trying to hide it a little. More than a little, don't worry. But eyebrows are a different story! And by that I don't just mean painting over the gray hair, but coloring some eyebrows. I've found that I can make my eyebrows look like they have a lot more than they actually have by dampening the crayon and then using a cotton swab to pick up a bunch of paint on one end. As I've gotten older, I've lost a lot of hair on my eyebrows, especially on the outer ends. But it's by far the best eyebrow makeup I've ever used and it ends up looking so natural! Simply run a cotton swab with plenty of wet paint over your brows, then take the other clean end and swipe lightly over your brows again to smooth anything out or clean any stain you've made outside of the lines - absolutely amazing. After a few times this is very easy to do. I don't know what made me try this, but I definitely love having beautiful, no-fuss brows!
