Overall I like this watch strap and have bought it in several different colors. With that in mind, I've only used colored "cactus" a few times. Last night when I took it off, the silver "button" holding the bracelet came loose. I'm not sure if it can be fixed and the return window is closed. UPDATE: I'm wearing my white band today and the same thing happened. I've only worn it a couple of times and it looks like the return window has closed. Unfortunately I will have to order another group in the future.
