I haven't worn my earrings in months and one is completely closed. I read all the reviews and found that this is very easy to do. I pierced the closed one again and put the same one in the other ear. Of course I already had the holes so I didn't have to mark them. I wiped my earlobes with the wipes provided. Point the weapon, squeeze hard, and it hits the target squarely. Both supports stood up as they should. Having pierced my ears twice I found it very simple and easy to make. If you're getting a new piercing and aren't comfortable with it, be sure to ask someone for help. I made mine in front of the bathroom mirror with minimal effort. Make sure you line them up where you want them. Highly recommended.
